With attention to detail

From idea to implementation of your mixing machines – you are well looked after with our full service

Our services from A to Z – we advise and accompany you over the entire life cycle of your machine or system. You give us your idea and we implement the corresponding production trials in our pilot plant as needed. Our engineers then build on this to develop the actual machine or adapt existing systems to your requirements.

In the end you receive a finished mixer or turnkey processing unit. If you wish, we can support you following successful commissioning with our reliable service and preventive maintenance offer. We can implement a strategic spare and wear parts management system or adapt the machine to new requirements over time. We are always there for you to ensure that you can stay up to date at all times.

System planning I process technology I new development

‘System planning: The mixing technology is usually the core process, but dispensing and filling systems, platforms and steps, and electrical connection and control also play important roles. In a trusting cooperation with our long-term partners, we offer safe, turnkey systems built to the current state of the art – all from a single source.’

Process technology: Only through the intensive joint discussion with our customer as well as pre- and post-processes can the technically and economically optimal solution be found based on the individual requirements and our lengthy cross-industry experience.’

New development: “Can’t do it” almost doesn’t exist! Every machine or system, from laboratory scale through pilot systems up to large production systems, is a tailored solution for our customers based on current and proven technical concepts.’

Martin Sattler, Distribution and Project Manager

Design

‘The requirements of the industry-specific production task in mixing technology are very extensive and diverse in terms of the raw materials to be processed. Even in the basic versions, the machine designs at Grieser cover the fundamental requirements for functionality and machine safety. As special machinery construction specialists, we are also able to functionally integrate order-based and customer-specific application requirements into our machine and control concepts.’

Manufacturing

‘A wealth of experience gained over many years gives us at Grieser the opportunity to master new challenges every day. Our aim is to manufacture a robust and durable product that can make our customers and us happy over the long term.’

Michael Behlen, Head of Manufacturing

Service and spare parts

‘The feedback from our customers speaks for itself:

Sounds like a good plan. It’s always good to send out the right person with the right tool to do it right the first time – instead of just sending out anyone because it’s urgent.’

Service provision and optimisation of supply chains

‘Thanks to the broad supplier portfolio in purchasing and the close cooperation between the employees of the Grieser team, we can quickly detect bottlenecks and respond in a targeted manner to market fluctuations.’

Sascha Herion, Head of Purchasing

Sustainability of our machines

‘We guarantee low-emissions production through avoidance of escaping dust and gases or managed disposal of them in a closed system. By reusing washing and rinsing liquids in the next batch and re-condensing and filtering solvents, we achieve a reduced-waste and thus sustainable production process.’
